Having trouble getting in?

Start with the installation and invite guide. If you contact us, include the step you reached and the error message you saw. Please don’t send invite codes, sign-in codes or payment details.

Remove your waitlist details

Email support from the address you used to join and ask to be removed from the waitlist.

Use the account controls in the app for account settings and deletion, or contact support if you can’t sign in.
