You can ask us to delete your Matcha account and all the data linked to it at any time. Matcha is made by Matcha App Inc.
Open Settings, then Account, tap Delete account and confirm with Request deletion. You can keep using your account while the request is pending.
Email support@matchaapp.ai from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my Matcha account". If you write from a different address, we'll ask you to confirm the account is yours before deleting anything.
A member of our team completes every deletion request by hand, within 30 days. Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
Your account and sign-in details, your profile, your conversations and task history, call recordings and transcripts, any saved email drafts or copies, connected Google or Microsoft accounts (our access is revoked), push tokens, invites and feedback. Your data is encrypted with keys that belong to your account, and those keys are destroyed too, so any copy left in our backups can no longer be read.
Public details of businesses Matcha contacted (such as a business's name and phone number) stay in our shared business directory, with no link to you. We keep nothing else about you, unless the law requires us to keep a specific record.
